What we collect
When you order a sweepstakes ticket, we receive the name, email address, and phone number you provide with the order, along with which tickets you bought. That is the only personal information this sweepstakes collects.
How it is used
Your information is used to record your entries, run the drawing, and contact you if you win. Entry and drawing records are kept as an auditable history of the sweepstakes.
Payments
Payments are processed by Toast, the festival's ordering platform. We never receive or store your card number; Toast's own privacy policy governs payment processing.
Winner announcements
If you win, your name may be announced live at the festival and shown on the event display.
Sharing and retention
Your information is not sold. It is shared only as needed to operate the sweepstakes and deliver prizes, or where the law requires it. Records are retained for the audit history of the drawing.
Questions or removal
To ask about your data — or to withdraw your entry from the drawing — reach the festival team through coloradopizzafestival.com. Withdrawing removes you from the prize drawing.
